2-4 Professional advice
The maximum capacity of the electric outlet that comes with the fume hood depends on the internal circuit configuration and the mode of connection with the electrical installation of the building.
The electric outlet of AC 100 V itself can be used up to 15 A with each equipment. If a device has two plugs, it is common for the total of the two to be 15 A.
It is best to check the maximum capacity and the protection capacity of the circuit breaker beforehand.
Chemicals are handled in the fume hood, so they may also cause corrosion of metallic contacts of electric outlets.
Electrical parts should be checked on a regular basis. If you find something unusual during daily use, ask an expert to check it immediately.
